Seminar on: health qigong: Ba Duan Jin (eight excellent movements): are gentle, slow, smooth and coherent, streching with elegance; couple the tension with relaxation, activeness with restraint).  Wu Qin Xi ( the qigong movements imitating frolics of five animals: tiger’s power, deer’s ease, bear’s steadiness, monkey’s dexterity and bird’s agility)
